  • Deposit Limits restrict the amount you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once you reach your specified limit, no additional deposits will be permitted until the next period begins.
  • Loss Limits control your losses at the casino over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. It’s important to note that loss calculations are based on your initial deposits rather than any winnings. For instance, if you deposit €50 with a €10 Loss Limit and subsequently win €1,000, you may still lose more than €10 from your €1,000 balance, as the limit applies to your original deposit amount.
  • Wager Limits restrict the total amount you can bet daily, weekly, or monthly across all games, helping you control your overall betting activity.
  • Cooling-Off Periods can be set for one week, one month, three months, or six months. During this time, you cannot make deposits and will be excluded from promotional offers, though you may withdraw remaining funds. Cooling-Off periods are applied immediately and your account reactivates automatically when the period expires.
  • Self-Exclusion Limits can be implemented for six months, nine months, or one year. Your Player Account will be immediately disabled and you’ll be excluded from all promotional offers during this period. Deposits and withdrawals are not permitted while the limit is active, and your account automatically reactivates when the period expires. For indefinite self-exclusions, remaining account balances will be paid according to casino limits. For definite self-exclusion periods, remaining balances are only processed according to casino limits after the exclusion period ends.
  • Session Limits allow you to restrict the time spent gambling, with the restriction taking effect instantly. When you reach your limit, you’ll be automatically logged out of your account. Session limits can be set from six minutes up to 1,000,000 minutes.
